OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

You must have a Twitter account in order to participate in this contest. If you do not have a Twitter account, visit http://twitter.com and register in accordance with the enrolment instructions for a free Twitter account. All tweets must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and Twitter Rules available at http://twitter.com. The contest period will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, February 20, 2012 and will end at 5:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 22, 2012. There is one (1) Prizes to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the contest period. No purchase necessary.

 

2. There is one (1) Prize, consisting of registration for one person to attend the Take the Leap…From Good to Great Forum taking place on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. More information on the day’s agenda can be viewed at http://www.TakeTheLeap2012.ca. 

3. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

 

4. On or after Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time, a random draw will be held to select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. A representative will attempt to contact potential winner by direct message via their Twitter account within twenty-four (24) hours after the winner selection. In the event the potential winner does not reply within twenty-four hours after the winner selection, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected.
